EStALI FSR Seminar

The 2026 EStALI Seminar will provide an in-depth examination of the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation, complementing the FSR Forum held the previous day while remaining a separate, standalone event.

The seminar will bring together legal experts, policymakers, practitioners and academics to explore key legal, policy and economic questions arising under the FSR. Through expert-led sessions and an interactive format, participants will examine current developments, emerging challenges and practical issues shaping this rapidly evolving field.
